PhotoSee is your private photo cloud service to view and sort your photos on your home pc.
PhotoSee is a free, wireless photo manager. See photos on your iPad,iPhone,tablet,TV,PS4/Xbox or any device!
Run PhotoSee service on your PC and specify the root folder of your photos. Then you are ready to share them within your private home cloud.
You can view and manage photos directly from tablets, smartphones, othe PCs and laptops, wirelessly. Even without any app, just from your web browser!

Merits

1. Your photos are safely stored in your own PC. Theres no chance of leakage.
2. Use PC instead of NAS as server to improve the picture reading speed. Your photos are streamlined to any other devices in the exact required size.
3. So easy to use. Elders, children, and visitors all can simply enjoy your tourist photos via tablets or their own smartphones. They can only view and, if allowed, share. While you and your wife as owner (password protected) can hide/delete/organize/classify/share/download your photos and decide what guests can do.
4. Better Organizement measures: tags, favorites, and date filter. You can use tags and favorites to sort and classify your photos, instead of folders. In this way, a photo can simultaneously belong to "2014", "France Trip" and "My Wife". You can filter your photos by defining a date range.
5. You can save your limited storage of your phone/tablet. Even 64G is not always enough, not to say 16G. Nowadays the hard drive is measured by TB!
6. With or without our app, you can always view your photos via any device which has a web browser!
7. Support RAW format image of all kinds of SLR/D-SLR cameras(Nikon, Canon, Sony, Panasonic,Leica,Olympus ........ and more)

So whats the difference from other cloud services?

Photos are something private. Online cloude services are not as safe as they state.
You cant find your photos via keyword, tags or favorites quickly in online cloud services.
Its not very convenient for you to share your photos via online cloud. Maybe you can share one photo, but sharing a stream of photos is still a problem.
And PhotoSee is working at home as your private cloud. Theres completely no conflict between a private service and a public one. Your photos always need a backup on PC, even uploaded to online cloud. Right?

Why not NAS?

NAS uses special file formats. Your photos are open to complete damage risk if the hard drive is down.
NAS needs addtional funding to buy the hardware. While PhotoSee only needs your PC and phone, completely free.
NAS is not as powerful as PC. In most cases the piture navigation speed is slower than PhotoSee.
NAS doesnt support adding tags. Quick search and filter is not possible.
NAS doesnt suport picture organization.
NAS dont support RAW format image
